Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním ve facility managementu a obsahuje tři hlavní části. Část teoretická popisuje cíl, služby a uplatnění facility managementu, úvod do oceňování nemovitostí a souvislosti mezi těmito obory. V části praktické byla použita aplikace metod tržních ocenění nemovitostí na dvou příkladech. Oceněn byl rodinný dům v Kamenici a bytový dům v Praze. A třetí část analyzuje trh …more

The bachelor thesis deals with valuation in a facility management, contains of three main parts. The theoretical part describes the aim, services and use of facility management, introduction to valuation of real estates and connections between these fields.
