Czech and Russian companies - manufactures of composite materials

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused to the description of composite materials and to the comparison of companies manufacturing those materials. Composite materials are modern materials for which a demand is growing every year. New methods of use are emerging continuously and general construction materials are being replaced. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the area of composite materials manufacturing in the Russian language and to compile a dictionary containing the basic vocabulary used within this industry. The first chapter is focused to the description and classification of composite materials in general, in the second chapter a specific group of composite materials - namely carbon fiber reinforcement - is covered. In the third chapter there are discussed technologies for processing carbon materials and specifics of its market application. The last two chapters are focused to the comparison of companies operating in this industry - the Czech company Kordcarbon, a.s. and the Russian company Umatex, a.s. These companies are firstly described in terms of history, organizational structure, product range and business approach, secondly the companies are compared regarding those areas.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována charakteristice kompozitních materiálů a srovnání společností vyrábějících tyto materiály. Kompozitní materiály jsou moderní materiály, po kterých každoročně roste poptávka. Nacházejí jednak stále nová uplatnění, jednak nahrazují klasické konstrukční materiály. Cílem práce je popsat a charakterizovat tuto oblast v ruském jazyce tak, aby byl sestaven slovník obsahující základní slovní zásobu tohoto odvětví. První kapitola práce se zabývá popisem a rozdělením kompozitních materiálů obecně, druhá kapitola se věnuje konkrétní skupině kompozitních materiálů, a to uhlíkovým vláknitým výztužím. Třetí kapitola pojednává o technologiích zpracování uhlíkových materiálů a specifikách jejich uplatnění na trhu. Poslední dvě kapitoly se věnují společnostem působících v této oblasti - české společnosti Kordcarbon, a.s. a ruské společnosti Umatex, a.s. Společnosti jsou nejprve popsány z hlediska historie, organizační struktury, sortimentu a obchodu, poté jsou ve stejných oblastech vzájemně srovnány.
