Abstract:
Práce popisuje vybrané hodnoty kardiorespirační kapacity u cyklistů kategorie masters. Tyto hodnoty srovnává s hodnotami běžné populace běžně neprovozující sportovní pohybovou aktivitu. Usiluje o přesnější zhodnocení a popsání toho, nakolik pravidelná sportovní pohybová aktivita ovlivňuje kardiorespirační kapacitu a jak se projevuje v procesu stárnutí u pravidleně sportující populace a pravidelně nesportující …more
Abstract:
The thesis explores the selected values of the cardio-respiratory capacity related to the MASTERS cycling category. These values are compared with normative values of ordinary population. The aim is to bring out more accurate data which describe the dependence the cardio-respiratory capacity on the regularc athletic activity and on the aging process.
