Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat podnikovou logistiku, identifikovat její slabá místa a navrhnout vhodná doporučení k jejímu zlepšení. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the business logistics, identify its weaknesses and suggest recommendations. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
