Fixation of disperse dye using laser

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout jednoduchou metodu fixace disperzního barviva pomocí laseru CO2. V této práci byly testovány různé intenzity působení laseru na textilii, pro zjištění optimálních podmínek a nejlepšího vybarvení materiálu. Výsledky jsou porovnávány se standardní metodou Termozol. Teoretická část se věnuje literární rešerší na téma barvení polyesteru disperzními barvivy a laseru CO2. V experimentální části je definován použitý materiál, popis použitých přístrojů, výběr barviv, postup barvení textilního materiálu, fixace za pomoci laseru CO2 a dále fixace metodou Termozol. Dále obsahuje testování stálostí barevnosti materiálu v alkalickém potu a v praní.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a simple method of fixing a disperse dye using a laser CO2. In this work, different intensities of laser were tested on the fabric to determine the optimal conditions and the best coloring of the material. The results are compared with the standard Termozol method. The theoretical part is devoted to a literature search on the topic of dyeing polyester with disperse dyes and a CO2 laser. The experimental part defines the material used, description of the devices used, selection of dyes, textile dyeing procedure, fixation with the help of a CO2 laser and the Termozol method. It also includes testing the color fastness of the material in alkaline sweat and washing.
