Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem z oblasti získávání potencionálních zaměstnanců. Jejím hlavním cílem je poskytnout návrhy a doporučení pro prohloubení spolupráce se studenty středních škol technických oborů ve vybrané firmě, která si uvědomuje důležitost této spolupráce. This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the obtaining of potential employees. Its main objective is to provide suggestions and advice for deepening cooperation with high school students in technical fields in selected company, which realizes the importance of this cooperation.
