Crisis of a crises interventionist

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce přibližuje práci krizových interventů, její náročnost a prospěšnost. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak interventi zvládají své osobní krize. Jak se u nich tyto krize nejčastěji projevují a co jim pomáhá pro zvládání zachování psychické a fyzické rovnováhy. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části, kde první a druhá je částí teoretickou, kde jsou vymezeny pojmy krize, typologie krize a její projevy, mechanismy zvládání krize. Dále je zde definováno, krizový intervent, krizová intervence v praxi, krize krizového interventa. Třetí a čtvrtá část se věnuje výzkumu, který byl formou dotazníkového šetření prováděn v Krizovém centru v Ostravě a u Hasičského záchranného sboru Jihomoravského kraje. Výsledky výzkumného šetření potvrdily, že u pracovníků krizové intervence se objevují krize a stavy krizi naznačující. Pro praxi je to důležité zjištění, a to především pro zaměstnavatele, kteří mohou zjištěné skutečnosti využít prakticky, a to jak v otázkách prevence, tak v otázkách supervize v práci s krizovými interventy.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the work of crisis interventionists, its demands and the benefits. The aim of this work was to determine how interventionists manage their personal crises and to find out the ways these crises are usually manifested and to specify what helps them to maintain mental and physical balance. The work is divided into the four parts, the first and the second part are theoretical. There are defined the concepts of crisis, typology of crisis and its manifestations and mechanisms of crisis management. Then there is defined acrisis interventionist, a crisis intervention in practice and a crisis of crisis interventionist. The third and fourth parts deal with the research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey in the Crisis Center in Ostrava and at the Fire Rescue Service of the South Moravian Region. The results of the research have confirmed that crisis intervention workers suffer from crisis and crisis resembling states. In practice this is the important finding, especially for employers, who can use the fact at work with crisis interventionists in practice, both in terms of prevention and supervision issues
