Medical House Machnac in Trencianske Teplice
Abstract:
The Medical House Machnáč (1932) in Trenčianske Teplice has been considered a gem of Slovak modernist architecture since the time of its creation. This bachelor thesis focuses on this building designed by Jaromír Krejcar. Its aim is to point out its deteriorating state and the reasons leading to this situation.
Abstract:
Liečebný dom Machnáč (1932) v Trenčianskych Tepliciach bol v dobe vzniku, ale aj o mnoho rokov neskôr, skvostom slovenskej funkcionalistickej architektúry. Bakalárska diplomová práca sa zameriava na túto stavbu od Jaromíra Krejcara, pričom jej úlohou je poukázať na zhoršujúci sa stav a dôvody vedúce k tejto situácii.
