Family Bodyguards in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám činností rodinného osobního strážce (dále ROS) v podmínkách ČR. Práce obsahuje popis osoby jako ROS, jeho přípravu na výkon této profese, co všechno daná práce obnáší, jak probíhá ochrana klienta a jeho rodiny. Jsou zde zmíněny informace k zakázce, mezi kterými je poučení klienta i ukázka Mandátní smlouvy. Dále je ukázka harmonogramu jednoho dne ROS, který zahrnuje ukázky a zároveň řešení určitých situací, do kterých se ROS při svém výkonu práce dostane. Tyto situace jsou popsány jak slovně, tak i názorně ukázané pomocí fotodokumentace. Na závěr je ukázána možnost, jak zle zabezpečit dům klienta. V diplomové práci je zmíněna osoba označována jako preventista a její spojení s ROS.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis i deal with the activities of the family bodyguard (the FB) in the Czech Republic (the CR). The work contains a description of a person as the FB, his preparation for the performance at this profession, what the assignment entails, how is the protection of the client and his family happening. There are also mentioned information about the contract, like instructions for the client and demonstration of the Mandate agreement. In the following part a work schedule of the FB is shown, which includes examples as well as solutions to certain situations in which the FB can get. These situations are described both verbally and visually shown by photographs. At the end a way how the client´s house can be secured is presented. In the thesis is also mentioned a person called prevention specialist and his connection to the FB.
