Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním procesu nástupnictví v rodinném podniku. Vybraný podnik funguje jako dvě fyzické osoby a proto je součástí práce zkoumání možné transformace. Pro případnou transformaci podniku byly vybrány tyto právní formy podnikání: komanditní společnost, veřejná obchodní společnost a společnost s ručením omezeným. The bachelor thesis deals with the process of succession in a family business. Part of this issue is also a comparison of the different legal forms of business on which the selected enterprise could be transformed from two individuals.
