USE OF THE SCOUT EDUCATIONAL METHOD IN PRACTICE

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnosti využití skautské výchovy v praxi na prvním stupni základní školy. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak skautští pedagogové využívají skautskou výchovnou metodu na prvním stupni základní školy. V teoretické části práce jsou popisovány historické kořeny skautingu - světového a českého, dále kapitola myšlenkové základy skautingu - poslání a tři principy skautingu a v neposlední řadě je věnována pozornost samotné skautské výchovné metodě spolu s historickými podobami a jejími jednotlivými prvky. V praktické části se nachází metodologie výzkumného šetření. Dále se v této části popisují kapitoly Cíl výzkumu a výzkumná otázka, Kvalitativní výzkum, Metoda sběru dat, Respondenti výzkumu, Analýza dat. Závěrem je kapitola Odpovědi na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a na vedlejší výzkumné otázky, které byly získány prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the possibilities of using Scout education in practice at the first level of primary school. The thesis aims to find out how Scout educators use the Scout education method in the first stage of primary school. In the theoretical part of the thesis the historical roots of Scouting - world and Czech - are described, then the chapter on the thought foundations of Scouting - the mission and the three principles of Scouting, and last but not least, attention is paid to the Scout educational method itself, together with its historical forms and its individual elements. In the practical part, the methodology of the research investigation is presented. Furthermore, this section describes the chapters on the Research Aim and Research Question, Qualitative Research, Data Collection Method, Research Respondents, and Data Analysis. Finally, there is a chapter on Answers to the main research question and secondary research questions, which were obtained through a semi-structured interview.
