Abstract:
Práce obsahuje pouze teoretickou část.První kapitoly práce se věnují historii trestu smrti v naší zemi a techniky, které se k výkonu trestu smrti používali dříve a které dnes. V další kapitole nahlédneme na argumenty zastánců trestu smrti a porovnáme je s argumenty odpůrců absolutního trestu. This work contains a theoretical part only. First chapters are devoted to the history of death penalty in our country, and to the techniques that were used for the capital punishment in the past and nowadays. The next charter compares the arguments of proponents of the death penalty and of opponentsof who are against the capital punishment.
