Mezoprostředí a makroprostředí podniků působících ve strojírenském odvětví

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spojenou s makroprostředím a mezoprostředím a jejich faktory působících ve strojírenském odvětví. Pro analýzu těchto faktorů bylo využito Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýzy atraktivnosti prostředí a PEST/PESTLE analýzy. Za pomoci použitých metod bylo zjištěno, že nejvýznamnějšími faktory obecného makroprostředí působících na strojírenské podniky lze považovat ekonomické faktory jako je inflace, nezaměstnanost a růst cen energii. Na většinu ekonomických faktorů má v současné době také velký vliv ozbrojený konflikt na východě Ukrajiny. Za faktory mezoprostředí s největším působením na podnik ve strojírenském odvětví, lze považovat vyjednávací síly odběratelů a dodavatelů na trhu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on issues related to the macro-environment and the inter-environment and their factors operating in the engineering industry. Porter's model of five forces, environmental attractiveness analysis and PEST / PESTLE analysis were used to analyse these factors. Using the methods used, it was found that the most important factors in the general macro environment affecting engineering companies can be considered economic factors such as inflation, unemployment, and rising energy prices. Most economic factors are also currently greatly affected by the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. The bargaining forces of customers and suppliers in the market can be considered as factors of the intermediate environment with the greatest influence on the company in the engineering sector.
