Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá cenou ve veřejných zakázkách a jejími právními a ekonomickými aspekty. Vzhledem k nabytí účinnosti nového zákona o zadávání veřejných zakázek, se práce částečně věnuje srovnání nové a staré právní úpravy. The thesis deals with price in Public procurements and with its financial-law and economic aspects. Due to the entry into force of the new law on public procurement, the work is partly devoted to a comparison of the new and former legislation.
