Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku péče o zaměstnance a její analýzu ve společnosti Pekařství a cukrářství Sázava, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny a definovány pojmy týkající se povinné a dobrovolné péče o zaměstnance, zaměstnaneckých benefitů a motivace zaměstnanců k pracovnímu výkonu. Bachelor thesis is focused on the Analysis of the Care of Employees in Pekařství a Cukrářství Sázava s.r.o.
