Education of client in dental hygiene

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis maps the habits and knowledge concerning dental hygiene in clients before and after completing hygiene briefings. Detects client satisfaction with the realization of dental hygiene and examines the effectiveness of education conducted. The work is based on the evaluation of the questionnaires and measurements of the level of oral hygiene for each client. The analysis of the obtained data provides information on the changes in habits, on acquisition of new knowledge and on improvement of the level of oral hygiene. The work highlights the importance of taking personal responsibility for the health of the oral cavity.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca mapuje návyky a vedomosti týkajúce sa dentálnej hygieny u klientov pred a po absolvovaní hygienických inštruktáží. Zisťuje spokojnosť klientov s realizovaním dentálnej hygieny a preveruje efektivitu uskutočnenej edukácie. Práca vychádza z vyhodnotenia dotazníkov a merania úrovne ústnej hygieny u každého klienta. Analýza získaných údajov poskytuje informácie o zmenách v návykoch, o osvojení nových vedomostí a o zlepšení úrovne ústnej hygieny. Práca poukazuje na dôležitosť prevzatia osobnej zodpovednosti za zdravotný stav ústnej dutiny.
