Abstract:

Kubla Jindřich, Srovnání tvorby cen v restauracích mezi roky 1948-1989 a po roce 1989, Bakalářská práce, Vysoká škola Hotelová v Praze 8, spol. s r.o. Praha 2014. Celkový počet stran 55. Předkládaná bakalářská práce je složena z několika částí. V teoretické části jsem v úvodu stručně uvedl ve zjednodušené verzi ekonomické dějiny v Československu počínaje rokem 1945, které jsou nezbytné k pochopení životní situace v Československu. Dále jsem popsal rozložení jednotlivých cenových skupin, jak tomu bylo v roce 1948. Na závěr teoretické části jsem rozebral termín cena a způsoby stanovování cen v tržní ekonomice. V analytické části jsem se soustředil na výpočet cen pokrmů v různých obdobích a určování jejich cen podle různých metod. Zároveň jsem komparativní metodou porovnával vývoj cen vzhledem k zákazníkovi.

Abstract:

Kubla Jindřich, Comparison of pricing in restaurants between years 1948-1989 and after year 1989, Bachelors disertation. The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague. Prague 2014. Total number of pages 55. The thesis is composed of several parts. In the theoretical section, I briefly introduced in the simplified version of economic history in Czechoslovakia starting in 1945, which are necessary to understand the life situation in Czechoslovakia. I also described the distribution of individual price groups in 1948. Finally the theoretical part, I analyzed the dates and methods of price setting prices in a market economy. In the analytical part, I concentrated on the calculation of prices of food at different times and determining their prices by different methods. I also used comparative method of comparing the evolution of prices to the customer.
