Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení efektu předoperačního tréninku dechových svalů a jeho udržitelnost v časné pooperační fázi u pacientů indikovaných k plicní resekci z důvodu karcinomu. Cílem bylo prokázat efekt předoperačního tréninku a zjistit, jestli je tento efekt udržitelný.
