The diploma thesis analyzes approaches to resale price maintenance agreements in several European, both EU and non-EU, countries, the United States of America and China. It consolidates the examined approaches on the basis of similarities and differences into two separate units – jurisdictions applying hardcore approach and jurisdictions applying rule of reason.
