Cílem této práce je shrnout mechanismy vzniku mozaiky gonozomů a vliv malých mozaik gonozomů na reprodukci člověka, především s přibývajícím věkem rodičů. První část práce se věnuje mechanismům vzniku mozaik a velikosti mozaik, s čímž souvisí i distribuce mozaiky v organismu. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to summarize the mechanisms and origin of gonosomal mosaicism and the influence of the low level mosaicism on human reproduction. The emphasis is primarily put on aging. The first part deals the mechanisms, origins and proportion of mosaicism, which is related to distribution in the organism.
