Práce je zaměřena na problematiku infekčních komplikací u nositelů kontaktních čoček. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii a fyziologii předního segmentu oka, následně imunologii těchto tkání, kontaktním čočkám a problémům spojeným s jejich nošením. Abstract:
The work is focused on the issue of complications of infection for contact lens wearers. The theoretical part is devoted to anatomy and physiology of the anterior segment of the eye, followed by immunology of these tissues, contact lenses and the problems associated with wearing them.
