Radio feature

Abstract:

Ústředním tématem této bakalářské práce je rozhlasové pásmo. V první části se zabývám nejen žánrem samotným, jeho charakteristickými rysy a vztahem k rozhlasovému dokumentu a featuru, ale i rozhlasem v širším kontextu – vymezuji jeho místo na poli masových médií, sleduji specifika rozhlasové tvorby i problém teoretické neukotvenosti rozhlasové žurnalistiky. Hledám společné znaky zmíněných žánrů a vytyčuji jejich hranice. Takto docházím k pracovní definici rozhlasového pásma. Ve druhé části práce sleduji genezi mediálního produktu Život s hvězdou, popisuji přípravnou fázi, proces natáčení i postprodukci. Práci uzavírám reflexí výsledného díla. Délka dokumentárního rozhlasového pásma je 21 minut a 23 vteřin. Práce má 58 stran.

Abstract:

The general theme of this thesis is the radio feature. In the first part I deal not only with the genre itself, with the characteristic features and relationship with the radio document and feature but also with the broadcast in a wider context – I define its place in the field of mass media, I watch the specifics of radio production and I cope also with the problem that the radio journalism is not theoretically imbedded enough. I have been seeking for common features of former mentioned genres and I build their borders. In this way I am finding new work definition of radio features. I watch the genesis of media product Life with the star in the second part of my work. I describe the preparatory phase, the process of recording and also the postproduction. I conclude with reflections on the final work. The length of the documentary radio feature is 21 minutes and 23 seconds. The work has 58 pages.
