Reducing the material demands of straightening machines with accessories by optimal solution of their design which reflects the straightening process requirements

Abstract:

Při projektování nových a rekonstrukci stávajících strojů a zařízení pro výrobu trubek je snahou vytvoření automatizovaných strojů a procesů, v nichž je velká pozornost věnována nejenom zdokonalení vlastního rovnacího stroje a zařízení, ale také zdokonalení technologie zaměřené na snížení pravděpodobnosti zakřivení trubek během výroby. Hlavním cílem práce je výzkum v oblasti tvářecích strojů určených pro dokončovací operace výroby trubek - rovnaček, se zaměřením na analýzu konkrétního procesu rovnání a typu rovnačky. Přínosem ke studované problematice je shrnutí teoretických poznatků ke studované oblasti, popsání a zhodnocení vztahů ?rovnací proces ? rovnačka? a jejich vliv na konstrukci. V neposlední řadě zdokonalení metodiky inženýrských výpočtů pevnostních charakteristik hlavních částí rovnaček na základě výpočtové analýzy procesu rovnání a také metodika definování vstupních parametrů pro výpočty rovnaček vycházející z optimální matematické analýzy stavu napjatosti trubky během rovnání.

Abstract:

When designing new and reconstruction of existing machinery and equipment for manufacture of pipes there are efforts to create automated machines and processes, in which great attention is paid not only to innovation of straightening machines and equipment, but also to the improvement of technology in order to reduce the probability of curvature of tubes during manufacture. The main goal of this work is research in the field of machine tools designed for finishing production of tube - straighteners, focusing on the analysis of a particular straightening process and straighteners. Contribution to the issue is a summary of theoretical knowledge, description and evaluation of relations "straightening process - straightener" and their influence on the structure and design. Last but not least improvement of methodology for engineering calculations of strength characteristics of the main parts due to the analysis of straightening process and methodology for defining the input parameters for calculations based on the analysis of stress state during tube straightening.
