Práce se zabývá syntézou hydrátů šťavelanu vápenatého (CaOx), určením ideální metodiky identifikace CaOx v rostlinách pomocí Ramanovy spektroskopie, a orientační průzkum jejich výskytů v listech rostlin čeledi Araceae. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the synthesis of calcium oxalate hydrates (CaOx), determination of the ideal methodology of identification CaOx in plants using Raman spectroscopy, and exploratory research of their occurrences in plant leaves of the family Araceae.
