Application of Regular and Extraordinary Legal Remedies in Tax Procedure
Abstract:
V této práci objasňuji řádné opravné prostředky a mimořádné opravné prostředky z právního a daňového hlediska. Definuji základní pojmy, které patří do řádných a mimořádných opravných prostředků, udávám příklady z praxe a jejich řešení. Na konec uvádím příklad, odvolání proti nahlížení do spisu a jeho vyřešení.
Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to explain regular and extraordinary legal remedies from the legal and fiscal points of view. After defining the fundamental terms practical examples and their solutions from day to day practice will be given. The final part gives a practical example of a particular case of appeal against unauthorised access into documents and its solution.
