Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku překážek v práci, jež mohou v pracovněprávním vztahu na straně zaměstnance vznikat. Nosnou myšlenkou je obecně postihnout možné příčiny vzniku těchto překážek v návaznosti na příslušnou právní úpravu. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on obstacles to work, which can arise to the employee in a labour relationship. The main idea is to generally describe possible causes of these obstacles in relation to the relevant legislation. Deeper I will also address challenging issues of their specification and assessment of their impact on the employee's ability to perform his duties for a temporary suspension of work.
