Cílem práce je analyzovat vliv osádek na organizaci a průběh přepravních operací v mezinárodní kamionové dopravě a popsat aktuálně nejvýznamnější problémy týkající se činnosti osádek MKD. Na úvod práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a charakter MKD. Dále jsou popsány vybrané české i mezinárodní legislativní předpisy, které se vážou k práci osádek MKD.
