This Bachelor Thesis deals with uncontentious proceedings. First chapter focuses on the basic characteristics of uncontentious proceedings, the development and comparison of uncontentious proceedings with contentious proceedings. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá nesporovým konaním. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na základnú charakteristiku nesporového konania, jeho vývoj a jeho komparovanie so sporovým konaním. Tiež sa zaoberá definíciou účastníkov v konaní. Druhá kapitola analyzuje určité druhy nesporových konaní, najmä najznámejšie a zrejme aj najvyužívanejšie dedičské konanie.
