The history and present of viniculture in Moravská Nová Ves

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o vinařství v jihomoravské obci Moravská Nová Ves od nejstarších dob do současnosti. Předkládá stav vinařství v obci v jednotlivých stoletích a vliv historických událostí na jeho vývoj. Zabývá se také tradičními pracemi ve vinici, vinohradnickými nástroji, především pak lisy. Dále se věnuje vinným sklepům, vinohradním tratím, novým vyšlechtěným odrůdám a horenskému právu. Práce obsahuje početný obrazový materiál.

Abstract:

This work is about winegrowing from the oldest time until present in a South Moravian village called Moravská Nová Ves. It shows the stage of winegrowing in centuries and the influence of the historical events. Than the work includes statements about the traditional work in vineyards, winegrowing tools, especially wine-presses. It pays attention also to wine cellars, vineyards, wine law and also to new sort of grapes. The work includes lots of pictures from the village.
