The bachelor thesis deals with satisfaction with selected gastronomic services in Café Pasáž. The restaurant Café Pasáž which offers catering services, was chosen as the restaurant. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá spokojnosťou s vybranými gastronomickými službami v Café Pasáž. Za podnik bola zvolená reštaurácia Café Pasáž, ktorá ponúka stravovacie služby. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá ponukou gastronomických služieb popisuje služby v cestovnom ruchu, vymedzuje taktiež pojem jedálny a nápojový lístok a v neposlednej rade sa zaoberá spokojnosťou zákazníka.
