Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zakladatelského projektu, a to jak v rovině teoretické, tak v rovině praktické. Konkrétní zakladatelský projekt je zaměřen na založení fitness centra. Teoretická část se věnuje základům této problematiky, popisu jednotlivých strategických a situačních analýz, především se jedná o analýzy SWOT, PESTLE a Porterův model pěti sil, které analyzují prostředí, ve kterém bude podnikání realizováno. Na tuto teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, tedy aplikační, kde jsou všechny analýzy realizovány prakticky, včetně následného vytvoření konkrétního zakladatelského projektu. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je proveden marketingový průzkum. Klíčovým bodem zakladatelského projektu je zde finanční plán, kde je provedena finanční analýza. Na základě těchto průzkumů je zjišťováno, zda je vhodné a efektivní podnikatelský záměr realizovat.

Abstract:

This thesis is addressed to the problem of founding project, both in terms of theoretical and practical level. Specific founding project is aimed at establishing a fitness centre. The theoretical part deals with the basics of the issue, a description of the various strategic and situational analyses (especially SWOT analysis, PESTLE and Porter's five forces model to analyze the environment in which business is conducted). This theoretical part is followed by the practical part, i.e. the application one, where all the analyses are carried out in practice, including the subsequent establishment of a foundational project. Using a questionnaire, a marketing research is conducted. The key point here of the founding project is the financial plan, where the financial analysis is accomplished. Based on these surveys, it is determined whether it is appropriate and effective to implement the business plan.
