Tématem diplomové práce jsou alternativní způsoby řešení sporů v mezinárodních obchodních transakcích, se kterými se podnikající osoby mohou setkat nejčastěji. V práci jsou detailně analyzovány jednotlivé způsoby a jejich formy, které mohou být využívány při řešení sporu spolu s aspekty, a které mohou výběr a případnou úspěšnou realizaci mezinárodní obchodní transakce ovlivnit. The theme of this thesis is alternative disputes resolution in international business transactions that are most frequently. The thesis analyzed in detail the various ways their forms that can be used in solving the dispute along with the aspects that can influence a succesfull realisation of business transaction.
