Magisterská diplomová práce pojednává o kariérní změně u specifické cílové skupiny učitelů, kteří se rozhodli svoji profesi změnit a nyní se věnují vzdělávání dospělých. This Master's Thesis discuss about career change at specific target groups of teachers who decided to change their work and now works in adult education.
