Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní zpracování procesních aspektů řízení před finančním arbitrem. Práce se nejprve zabývá vznikem a hlavně důvody vzniku institutu finančního arbitra v České republice a vývojem právní úpravy. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to cover complex processing of the procedural aspects of the proceedings before the Financial Arbiter. Firstly, the thesis deals with the origin and the main reasons for the institute of the Financial Arbiter in the Czech Republic and the development of legislation.
