Gastronomic Business in Foreign Countries

Anotácia:

Cílem této diplomové práce je představit rakouské podniky heuriger a navrhnout jejich uplatnění v České republice. Zvolený problém jsem řešil studiem odborné literatury a článků. Dále jsem provedl analýzu podniků heuriger v rakouské vinařské oblasti Weinviertel a sestavil jejich statistiku. Vedl jsem rozhovory s moravskými vinaři a zjistil jejich názor na zavedení těchto podniků na jižní Moravě. Také jsem získal názory vinařských spolků, jihomoravského kraje a ministerstva zemědělství k této problematice. Zjistil jsem dva hlavní důvody neexistence heuriger na jižní Moravě. Jedná se důvody historické a legislativní. Legislativa je v porovnání s rakouskou složitá a méně vstřícná. V další části jsem provedl výzkum potencionálních hostů heuriger na jižní Moravě a z výzkumu vyplývá, že by o tyto podniky byl zájem. V závěru práce jsem navrhl dvě cesty, které by mohli vézt k uplatnění heuriger v České republice.

Abstract:

The aim of this master´s dissertation is to introduce Austrian heuriger companies and to propose their application in the Czech Republic. I solved the problem by studying professional literature and articles. I also analyzed the Heuriger business in the Austrian wine region Weinviertel and compiled their statistics. I led interviews with Moravian winemakers and found their opinion on the introduction of these businesses in South Moravia. I also gained the views of the wineries, the South Moravian Region and the Ministry of Agriculture on this issue. I found two main reasons for not having a heuriger in South Moravia. These are historical and legislative reasons. Legislation is complicated and less accommodating than the Austrian one. In the next part I conducted research on potential heuriger guests in South Moravia, and research shows that they are interested in these companies. At the end of the thesis I suggested two paths that could lead to the heuriger in the Czech Republic.
