Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je představit rakouské podniky heuriger a navrhnout jejich uplatnění v České republice. Zvolený problém jsem řešil studiem odborné literatury a článků. Dále jsem provedl analýzu podniků heuriger v rakouské vinařské oblasti Weinviertel a sestavil jejich statistiku. Abstract:
The aim of this master´s dissertation is to introduce Austrian heuriger companies and to propose their application in the Czech Republic. I solved the problem by studying professional literature and articles. I also analyzed the Heuriger business in the Austrian wine region Weinviertel and compiled their statistics.
