The thesis focuses on issues emerging from tax haven. It introduces positive and negative aspects in this type of business activity. In opening I will introduce basic terms and also possible uses of tax haven. Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na problematiku daňových rajov. Predstavuje výhody a nevýhody takéhoto podnikania. V úvode práce objasním základné pojmy a predstavím možnosti využitia daňových rajov. V ďalšej časti uvediem konkrétne príklady podnikania ako aj konkrétne výhody, nevýhody a riziká.
