Abstract:
Tato práce uvádí do problematiky sekundárních struktur DNA a představuje návrh a implementaci programu (Scott), který struktury vyhledá a zobrazí v jejich genovém kontextu.
Abstract:
This thesis introduces the basic overview of DNA secondary structures and presents a concept and implementation of a program focused on searching secondary structures and displaying them in proper genomic context.
