Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se v první části věnuje historii města Chýnov, jenž je zakončena uvedením problému suburbanizace, který se začíná ve městě projevovat. V druhé části se zaměřuje na seniory, jejich charakteristiku a definici typologie ubytování seniorů jak v obecné rovině, tak v konkrétním případě ve městě Chýnov a jeho okolí. The first part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the history of the town of Chýnov and points out the problem of suburbanization, which is currently starting to develop in the town.
