Employee engagement support in managerial practice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání současného stavu angažovanosti zaměstnanců v organizacích působících na českém trhu. V rámci teoretické části práce autor uvádí krátký přehled vývoje problematiky s odkazem na vhodnou literaturu. V empirické části práce je představen hlavní princip zkoumání a záměr zjištění, a zároveň i zvolená dotazníková metoda. Následuje přehled sebraných dat a jejich analýza, na což navazuje plynule závěrečná část práce. V této poslední části autor zhodnocuje zjištěný stav a snaží se predikovat další možný vývoj v rámci dané problematiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on examining the current state of engagement of employees in organisations operating on the Czech market. In the framework of the theoretical part of the work the author presents a short overview of the development of the issue with reference to appropriate literature. In the body of the work is introduced to the main principle of the examination and the intention of the findings, and at the same time and the chosen survey method. The following is an overview of the collected data and their analysis, which builds smoothly to the final part of the work. In this last part the author evaluates the status and trying to predict the next possible development in the context of the issue.
