Prvořadým účelem práce je diskutovat a poukázat na specifika role učitele na alternativních školách. Zvláště se pak práce zaměřuje na Waldorfskou pedagogiku, Montessori přístup, Daltonský plán a ScioŠkolu. The primary purpose of the thesis is to discuss and point out the specifics of the role of the teacher in alternative schools. The thesis focuses on Waldorf pedagogy, the Montessori approach, Dalton plan, and ScioSchool in particular.
