An Analysis of Remuneration System and Employees Motivation in a Company
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit na základě dotazníkového šetření motivační strukturu a systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve firmě Omega, s.r.o. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření a změny vedoucí ke zvýšení pracovní motivace všech zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
On the basis of a questionnaire survey the theses evaluates motivation of employees and system of their remuneration in the company Omega, Ltd. In the end I propose the changes resulting in an increase of the motivation of all employees.
