Abstrakt Tato práce se zabývá vlivy působícími na rozhodnutí o investování do lidského kapitálu. Důraz je kladen na rozdílnost vlivů působících na obyvatele různých částí České republiky pro ověření domněnky o větší motivaci k investování do vzdělání u lidí z menších měst. Abstract This paper describes the influences on decisions to invest in human capital. Emphasis is placed on the diversity of influences acting on the inhabitants of different parts of the Czech Republic to verify the assumption of a greater incentive to invest in education for people from smaller towns.
