Předmětem bakalářské práce „Finanční arbitr“ je charakteristika institutu finančního arbitra v České republice a rozbor právní úpravy týkající se tohoto institutu. Text je strukturován do šesti kapitol. Nejdříve se zabývám obecnou charakteristikou a současnou právní úpravou. The goal of the thesis "The Financial Arbiter" is the characteristic of the Institute of Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic and the analysis of the regulation of this institute.
