Dynamic esophageal scintigraphy with a focus on patients with systemic connective tissue disease

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá průkazem poruchy funkce jícnu pomocí dynamické scintigrafie u pacientů se systémovým onemocněním pojiva. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomii a fyziologii jícnu, druhy systémových onemocnění pojiva, zejména jsem se zaměřila na systémovou sklerodermii, která je nejčastější příčinou poruchy funkce jícnu, následně její možné orgánové komplikace, obecný popis nukleární medicíny a na závěr popis samotné dynamické scintigrafie jícnu. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou a porovnáním výsledků dynamické scintigrafie u dvou souborů pacientů, z nichž jeden soubor obsahuje právě nemocné s diagnostikovaným systémovým onemocněním pojiva.

Abstract:

This work deals with the demonstration of esophageal dysfunction using dynamic scintigraphy in patients with systemic connective tissue disease. The theoretical part contains the anatomy and physiology of the esophagus, types of systemic connective tissue diseases, especially I focused on systemic scleroderma, which is the most common cause of esophageal dysfunction, its possible organ complications, a general description of nuclear medicine and finally a description of dynamic esophageal scintigraphy. The practical part deals with the analysis and comparison of the results of dynamic scintigraphy of two groups of patients, one of which contains patients with diagnosed systemic connective tissue disease.
