Proposal of supplier evaluation system in a certain company
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is to propose a supplier evaluation in a certain company. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part is summarized theory from area of purchasing, supplier selection and evaluation. Second part focuses on supplier evaluation in company MONOLIT Slovakia ltd. The main aim of this thesis is to propose the most suitable method for the needs of the company.
Abstract:
Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť systém pre hodnotenie dodávateľov v konkrétnom podniku. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí. V prvej časti je zhrnutá teória z oblastí nákupu v podniku, výberu a hodnotenia dodávateľov. Druhá časť sa zameriava na hodnotenie dodávateľov v spoločnosti MONOLIT Slovakia s.r.o. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť najvhodnejšiu metódu pre potreby podniku.
