Abstract:
Úvod. Hlavním tématem práce je bazální metabolismus (BMR), zejména ve vztahu k nadváze a obezitě. Výzkumná část se zabývá vztahem a vlivem jednotlivých tělesných parametrů na BMR. Řeší i rozdíly v energetickém příjmu a výdeji v jednotlivých skupinách mužů a žen s nadváhou či obezitou. Poslední část je věnována vlivu makronutrientů na změny v BMR. Metody. Background. The main topic of the thesis is basal metabolism (BMR), especially in relation to overweight and obesity. The research part deals with relationship and influence of individual body parameters on BMR.
