Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce ve své teoretické části pojednává o anatomii a fyziologii tlustého střeva, o metodách jeho vyšetření a principech radiační ochrany pacientů při diagnostických výkonech. V praktické části jsou následně graficky zobrazeny výsledky dlouhodobého sběru dat pacientů vyšetřených virtuální CT kolonoskopií ve FN Brno na Radiologické klinice.
Abstract:
Theoretical part of this thesis briefly describing anatomy and physiology of the colon, methods of his medical examination and principles of radiation protection in diagnostic procedures. Practical part is focusing on studying of medical data from CT virtual colonoscopy provided by University Hospital Brno.
