French reception of the contemporary Czech literature

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the reception of the contemporary Czech literature. The attributes of the contemporary Czech literature, the analysis of three works and their perception on the czech and french field are discussed in the first part of the thesis. Results of an online questionnaire which was distributed among French are presented in the second part of the thesis. The main topic of the research is knowledge of French with regard to the contemporary Czech literature. In the end of this work are included the most remarkables results of the interview with Benoît Meunier concering the reception of the contemporary Czech literature.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma současné české literatury. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku současné české úspěšné prózy a na rozbor tří literárních děl a jejich vnímání na poli českém a francouzském. Praktická část se zabývá prezentací výsledků průzkumu mezi Francouzi výzkumu, který byl proveden za pomoci on-line dotazníku. Výzkum zkoumá znalosti Francouzů vzhledem k současné české literatuře. V závěru této práce jsou zahrnuty ty nejzajímavější výsledky rozhovoru s překladatelem Benoît Meunierem týkající se recepce současné české literatury.
