Opinions on Unmarried Cohabitation from the Perspective of Social Pedagogy Students

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na názor studentů sociální pedagogiky, který zaujímají k stále více se v naší společnosti rozšiřujícímu trendu nesezdaného soužití. Práce obsahuje dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou, která je podložena vlastním uskutečněným výzkumem. V první kapitole teoretické části popisuji vývoj rodiny v historickém kontextu od její tradiční formy až po rodinu postmoderní, ke které dospěla skrze mnohé společenské změny, jenž nazýváme jako druhou demografickou tranzici. Druhá kapitola se věnuje vymezení pojmu nesezdané soužití a blíže popisuje jeho podstatu a právní aspekty. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vybrané typologie nesezdaného soužití, a to nejen z řad českých autorů. V poslední kapitole rozebírám současnou situaci v České republice a porovnávám zastoupení nesezdaného soužití u nás oproti jiným zemím. V praktické části představuji svůj výzkum, metodologii výzkumu a interpretaci získaných dat. Praktickou část ukončuji diskuzí, kde jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu, které zodpovídají hlavní výzkumnou otázku, kterou bylo zjistit názory studentů sociální pedagogiky na nesezdané soužití.

Abstract:

This bachelor theses focuses on the opinion of the students of social pedagogy on unmarried cohabitation which is widening trend in our society. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and empirical part. In first chapter of theoretical part I describe family development in the historical context from the traditional form to postmodern family. This changes happend because of many changes in society which we called the second demographic transition. The second chapter explain the concept of unmarried cohabitation and their legal aspects. The third chapter focuses on the typology of unmarried cohabitation also from foreign authors. In the last chapter I descibe the situation in the Czech Republic and compare the representation of unmarried cohabitation in our country and in other countries. In the empirical part I present my research, methodology of research and interpretation of the obtained data. In the end of empirical part is discussion with a summary of obtain data. This data answer the main research question, namely: "What is the opinion of the students of social pedagogy on unmarried cohabitation?"
